If you decide to use any of of the graphics in these sections, you are automatically agreeing to abide by the following rules:
You are welcome to use the graphics on personal and non-profit use ONLY. These graphics are not for use on commercial sites. A link back to my site in the form of a text link or matching logo image is required on any and all pages that contain our graphics. Please link to: http://aj_241.tripod.com. The text link or linking image must be in a visible location on each page. Please download images to your own hard drive. Linking directly to our graphics is considered bandwidth theft, and is illegal. You may not alter our graphics in any way, with the exception of adding text to blank text buttons. Altering would consist of resizing, cropping, changing the color, or changing the appearance of our images in any way. These graphics that are in sets may not be "mixed and matched". They must be used as they were intended, as sets. Please do not use images from different sets on the same page. Other graphics not in sets may be used with other website graphics, but a link back to the Underground must be included. Our graphics may NOT be used in any online collections, CD ROM collections, sold, or redistributed in any way. We do NOT grant permission for my graphics to be used on sites that contain sexually explicit material or language, excessive profanity, hate material (including gender, sexual orientation, ethnic, religious and/or racial slurs), child endangerment, or threats to human life. Please sign my user form or e-mail me if you have used my graphics on your site, so I may view your site and confirm that my images are being used in accordance with my terms of service.
